Mailing List

An HCIC attendee email list is provided before the conference for a one-time use and after the conference for a one-time use. Please do not incorporate the list into a broader list, or generally disseminate the contents. (Diamond and Platinum receive 2 pre-conference lists, not to be combined and for a one-time use for each list)

NOTE: Any misuse of the list will result in a fine of $5,000 per use.

To include in your social media posts about participating at HCIC, here's a Sponsor Image and an Exhibitor Image, which can be used in your posts.

Hotel

All Exhibitor/Sponsors are required to book at The JW Marriott Austin, TX for the duration of the meeting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this requirement.

Staff Registration

Registration Discount Rate Ends September 20, 2024.

Please register all booth staff and company attendees in the portal, which will become available in  June.

The registration code will be sent to the person that submitted paperwork to exhibit and/or sponsor.
