Call For Speakers Application

Submission Guidelines

  • Please limit submissions to one proposal per speaker, as each speaker will appear on the program only once. Submit your best idea! If you have multiple ideas, spread them across various speakers in your organization. We welcome and encourage diversity, variety, and participation from all levels of your organization.
  • Mainstage keynote speakers are invited directly, not via the application form. To suggest a keynote speaker, email us at speaker@greystone.net.
  • Applicants must choose one session format. If another format fits better, we’ll discuss and may reassign it.
  • We do not pay honorariums, accept sponsorships for speaking roles, or cover travel and accommodations for speakers.

Receiving a Response

We receive hundreds of speaker submissions, and our team carefully reviews each one. While we strive to respond to all submissions by May or June, we appreciate your patience if it takes a bit longer. We will reply to everyone.

Cancellations of Confirmed Speakers

We take confirmations seriously. If a confirmed speaker cancels at the last minute, we unfortunately will not be able to work with that individual for future events. We do understand emergencies happen and if so, we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
