Portal Instructions and App Download

Thank you for Exhibiting/Sponsoring at HCIC. The organizing team understands brand exposure is very important for you and would like to give you some guidance on how to set up your online presence.

Editing Company Information

You should have received an email with portal login information from Farrah Hunt. Or login here. Once you login to your account you’ll be able to:

  • Change/add organizational information
  • Register and manage members of your onsite team
  • Customize Lead Qualification Questions
  • Manage planner-assigned tasks prior to the event
  • Export lead information from your event

If another person should be managing your account, you can add that person as a new user after you log in. This invitation is unique to your email address and won’t work for anyone else.

  
LeadCapture

  • All attendees will have a QR code on their badge at the conference.
  • At HCIC, you can easily scan, qualify, and rate leads
  • You can collect custom information about leads that’s important to you
  • You can quickly export leads to any database on demand

LeadCapture Set up

  1. Login to the portal If you have already pre-purchased licenses, locate the LeadCapture invitation in your inbox, and click Get Started. Or login here. If you need to purchase a license, click on Already registered? On the registration form and add it to your registration.
  2. Add your onsite staff (once they are registered). Click find onsite staff, Search for your team by confirmation number, ticket ID, or email and check the box next to their names. When you're done, click Import selected.
  3. Assign licenses: Your staff won't have access to scan leads in the LeadCapture app until you assign them a license. To do so, click Licenses from the left-hand navigation. All of your license codes will be listed.
  4. Click Options next to one of your unassigned license codes, then Assign License. Click the circle next to the person you want to assign the license to, then Assign.
  5. Create questions for your onsite staff to answer while collecting leads. From the left-hand navigation, click Lead Collection. The Leads Collected tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Lead Qualification Questions. Then build out your questions.

Capture leads

  1. To scan leads, instruct your onsite staff to download the Cvent LeadCapture app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Have them open the app, then enter their access code and tap Next, then Yes, Activate Device.
  3. Tap Add Lead and scan the lead's QR code.
  4. If necessary, tap Qualify Lead. Enter any qualifying questions, then tap Save.
  5. Delete a lead, if necessary. If you accidentally scanned a lead that you no longer want to appear in reports, you can delete the lead in the Exhibitor Portal. From the left-hand navigation, click Lead Collection. Click the arrow to the right of the lead you want to delete, click Delete, then click Delete lead.

Lead Retrieval

  1. Log in to the portal. Find the Thank You email that was sent to you once the conference ended. Click Log In Now, then enter your credentials. If you cannot find the email, login here.
  2. Export your leads into Excel. The number of leads collected will appear in the Leads section. Click Export. Your leads will automatically download as a CSV file.
  3. Or, run a report. For a deeper dive into your leads per booth staff and leads per type, click Reports in the left-hand navigation. A list of the available reports will appear. Click Run next to the Leads with Lead Qualifying Questions report. Select the fields you want to include in the report, then click Run again.
  4. Click ... Actions in the top-right, then Export. Chose your preferred format, give the file a new name if desired, then click Export.

Download Mobile App

Access everything you need — from the agenda and speaker bios to exhibitor details and networking opportunities — via our website or mobile app. The app will be your trusty sidekick from now until six months after the conference ends.

On Your Phone
  • Download the Cvent Event app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  • Open the app and find the Healthcare Internet Conference.
  • Sign in using your first name, last name and the email address you used for registration.
  • You will receive a six-digit code via email or text for authentication.
On Your Desktop
For desktop or laptop access, go to https://cvent.me/0AWr3x and sign in using your registration details.
