Hotel and Staff Registration

In order to help ensure that the conference organizers meet the required hotel room minimum commitment, all registered Exhibitor/Sponsors are required to book and stay in the official conference hotel for the duration of the meeting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this requirement.

Please add your staff prior to the conference in case you have any issues with emails being blocked, etc. The staff needs to be added to your booth if they want to be able to scan during and access leads after the conference.
