Sponsorship Ad Specs

• Ad should be created in "Portrait Orientation"
• 150 – 300 DPI
• PNG or PDF (high quality print) files are preferred
• If submitting a PDF file, please convert all fonts to outlines (vector file formats) or rasterize all type layers (Photoshop files) before generating the PDF file
• Please keep any pertinent text at least ¼” away from the edges of the final artwork size
• Crop marks are optional but other printer marks are not needed on the artwork.
• Ads must include a bleed area of ¼” on all sides. The artwork submitted will be ½” larger (both height and width) than the final ad size. See template
