Speaker Release and Affirmation of Commitment*

If my proposal is accepted, I agree, on behalf of myself and any/all co-presenters, to submit an electronic copy of the presentation (e.g., a PPT deck) to HCIC staff by Friday, October 24, 2025, for use in promotional materials, session recordings, the conference app, and the website. Failure to provide materials on time may result in the withdrawal of my presentation.

My co-presenters and I commit to maintaining the professional standards of HCIC, avoiding language or humor that disrespects the dignity or equity of any individual or group. We will use a communication style that is inclusive and sensitive to differences in gender, race, age, religion, politics, and abilities, avoiding assumptions or generalizations.

My co-presenters and I agree not to change the presentation title, topic, or speakers without prior approval from the organizers (email speaker@greystone.net). If a speaker becomes unavailable, no substitutes will be added without first notifying Greystone.Net. I understand that all presentation-related costs, including travel, hotel, per diem, and attendance fees, are my responsibility.

I agree to stay at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas, NV during the duration of the conference.

I grant Greystone.Net (“Greystone”) and its agents the right to record my presentation, including my likeness, voice, and statements, on film, video, and audio (the “Recording”). I also allow Greystone to edit, distribute, and sell the Recording at its discretion, without additional approval or compensation.

I further grant Greystone the right to use the Recording, my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes related to the conference in any media, with no compensation.

Additionally, I grant Greystone the right to reproduce and repurpose any materials I prepare for the conference without compensation.
